Richard V. Bibber, C.F.S.P., President
Richard (Dick) Bibber serves his community in many ways. He is a current member of the Rotary, past potentate of Kora Shrine, and formerly served as a selectman of the town of Kennebunk, Maine. A native of Kennebunkport, Maine, Dick was a member of the Kennebunkport Volunteer Fire Department, and then the Kennebunk Fire Department for 28 years of which he also served as deputy chief. He currently serves as a member of the board of trustees for Kennebunk Savings Bank. As president of Bibber Memorial Chapel, Dick is a member of several associations for funeral directors such as: Maine Funeral Directors Association (past president), Maine State Board of Funeral Service (served as chairman of the board), former board member of Selected Independent Funeral Home and served as its President in 2004-2005 (SIFH). |

Edward V. Bibber, C.F.S.P., Vice President
Edward (Eddie) Bibber is a licensed Funeral Service Practitioner for Bibber Memorial Chapel. After attending Baxter School for deaf and graduating Kennebunk High School 1981, Eddie attended NE Institute - Applied Arts and Sciences where he received his certification for funeral directing. Eddie also serves his community in many ways as a Rotarian, former member of Kennebunk Volunteer Fire Department, Arundel Lodge of Masons in Kennebunkport, President of York County Shrine Club, he is a member MFDA and past president. |

Patricia A. Bibber, Treasurer/Secretary
Patricia is a graduate of St. Mary's School of Nursing and receiving her degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Maine. After working as a Critical care nurse and for several years as a medical manager. Patricia manages the overall business operations of Bibber Memorial as well as providing administrative support to our staff along with assisting on visitations and other special projects at our firm. |

Douglas K. Whitmore, Manager
Doug grew up in Saco, Maine. He is a graduate of Thornton Academy in 1974 and also the University of Maine at Orono in 1978 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He formerly owned and operated Alpine Sheets and Towels for 10 years and was a Retail Director for Goodwill Industries for 11 years prior to coming to Bibber's. He is a High Honor’s Graduate of the Funeral Institute of New England and is a Maine Licensed Funeral Service Practitioner. Doug has lived in Kennebunk for over 17 years and enjoys time with his family, fishing, hunting and was an active Scouting Assistant Cub Master in Kennebunk. |

Terence McGinley, Funeral Director
Terry grew up in Pasadena, California. After completing High School and attending Pasadena City College, Terry joined the U.S. Navy where he spent the next 20 years serving his country. Upon his retirement from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, Terry and his family moved to Maine, settling in Lyman. He then went to work for the Sanford Police Department as a 9-1-1 dispatcher. Always interested in Funeral Service, he did part-time work for a local funeral home. From there, he enrolled at the New England Institute at Mount Ida College, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Funeral Service in 1999. After working in Biddeford for a number of years, Terry joined our firm in March 2005. He is active with the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport as a motorman and conductor, and enjoys fishing, golfing, hunting, and cross-country skiing. |

Janet Jackson, Director's Assistant
A Kennebunk native, Janet joined the Bibber administrative staff team after obtaining her Associate Degree in Business Administration from York County Community College. She provides administrative support for our licensed funeral directors as well as doing payroll and accounts receivable functions. Janet brings strong skills and a positive attitude to the BMC team. She enjoys collecting sea glass, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Cindy Burns, Director's Assistant
Cindy grew up in the Kennebunk’s, attending Kennebunk schools. She is a graduate of Casco Bay College with an Associate’s in Medical Secretary Degree. She has strong administrative skills, having worked in an office environment for over 15 years. Cindy provides administrative support to our licensed funeral directors and staff. Cindy, her husband and family reside in Biddeford. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, golf and the beach.

Armand J. Dussault, Funeral Attendant
Armand J. Dussault is a native of Biddeford. He moved to Kennebunk when he married his wife, Janice Sipple in 1963. He worked for Andrews Enterprises for 15 years and then for Kellogg's Foods for 28 years retiring in 2009 as Warehouse Supervisor in the Biddeford facility. Armand was a volunteer fireman for 40 years, 11 1/2 of which were as Deputy Chief before retiring. His past varied experiences are a great asset to Bibber Memorial Chapel. Armand is a licensed funeral attendant. You will see him at the funeral home greeting you at calling hours or when attending funerals. |
