Carol loved to garden. She spent countless hours in her yard tending to her flowers and weeding endlessly. The Enfield Garden Club even recognized her as having one of the nicest gardens in town. She was so very proud of that. Carol always had a cat in her home, usually adopting from the local shelters. Carol was absolutely thrilled when her first grandson Jacob was born, followed by her granddaughter Tralee. Carol was also blessed with step-grandchildren, Anna, and Drew and most recently a step-great grandson, Colton. Carol always made time to make special memories with her children and grandchildren.
