Cheryl Lynn Bennett, 60, a native of Sanford, ME and resident of Portland, ME passed away on April 22, 2021. Cheryl is remembered for her outwardly loving soul, and her ability to bring joy & laughter to everyone around her. She was long-time participant in the Special Olympics. She enjoyed shopping, having coffee with her family, and had a special love for every baby she met. She also gave the best hugs (even if she didn't know you).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Mildred (Jackson) Bennett. She is survived by: her brothers – Wesley Jackson and wife Charlene, Fred Bennett and wife Darlene, and George Bennett; her sisters – Frances Staley and husband Jeff, and Tina LaRose and husband Don; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at a memorial visitation on Friday, May 21st from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street, Kennebunk, ME 04043.
