Diana Jean Kuell, 83 years, of Kennebunk died October 18, 2020 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Diana was born July 2, 1937 in Islip, NY, a daughter of Stanley and Catherine (Davis) Hall. She graduated from Bay Shore High School in Bay Shore, New York, Class of 1955. On January 23, 1959, she married Paul Martin Kuell and settled in Massachusetts. Together, they raised 6 children, a time Diana cherished.

Diana enjoyed reading, traveling and the beach. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed all sports, especially the Red Sox. She was a member of a service sorority in Harvard, MA, where she made lifelong friends. After retirement she added more beloved friends traveling to Florida. Most importantly, Diana loved spending time with her family. Being surrounded by her children and grandchildren brought her joy.

She was predeceased by her son, David Kuell and her sister Lillian Tracey.

Diana is lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her husband of 61 years, Paul; her sons, Christopher Kuell and his wife, Christine, of Danbury, CT, Michael Kuell and his wife, Jennifer, of Brookline, MA and Jonathan Kuell and his wife, Maureen, of South Portland, ME; her daughters, Catherine Halchak and her husband, Kenneth, of West Chester, OH and Sandra Feltus of Kennebunk, ME; 12 grandchildren, Adam, Eric, Nicholas, Grace, Kiana, Raven, Sage, Curtis, Brooke, Anna, Brendan and Zora; 5 great grandchildren, Jaxson, Lucas, Benjamin, Sophia and Theodore; and two very special people that she and Paul helped raise, Scott Keim and Lisa Patey.

A private funeral mass will be held.
