Condolence: I worked very closely with Kathy in the audit group at Pratt and Whitney for many years and during those years I became very close to her. She became a great friend along with a valued auditor. If ever I needed a document of any kind, she already had a copy of it available! She was ALWAYS in a great mood.....ALWAYS!

Condolence From: Kathy Barna
Condolence: My condolences to David Mac Kenzie, the treasured love of Kathy Chick, and to all her cousins and extended family. I was devastated to hear of her sudden passing. I lived next door in Twin Sisters cottage and watched Kathy grow up year by year. She was a beloved only child of Anne and Bill. Her cousin Franny (Mailhot) adored her.
I will never forget the time that I was watching cable TV (new at the time) in my apartment in Baltimore, MD on a Fall day. The show was about favorite restaurants in Wells Beach, ME that were open in the off season. There was a segment about Billy's Chowder House (Mile Road) and who should appear but Kathy Chick, vacuuming the floor! I was SO excited to see her! This was in the era before the Internet, email and social media, so I called my mother and told her about it. When I saw Kathy that summer I told her and we had a good laugh about how they chose that shot of all the shots that day!
