Ronald Paul  Tremblay
Ronald Paul Tremblay, 75 years of Kennebunk, died February 26, 2020 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House surrounded by his loving family.

Ron was born April 7, 1944 in Central Falls, RI, a son of Paul and Thelma Tremblay. He graduated from Dighton-Rehoboth High School Class of 1962. Ron proudly served his country in the Army Reserves. He worked for Spencer Press and later R.R. Donnelley as Vice President of Manufacturing. On June 28, 1969, Ron married his now bride of 50 years, Mary L. Stewart.

Ron was mechanically inclined and enjoyed building and tinkering. He was an avid race fan and drag raced his own cars that he built. As a car fan, he also owned a 1932 Ford Coupe and a 1936 Plymouth Coupe. He enjoyed science and belonged to the Astronomical Society of New England based in Kennebunk. He was a member of Elks Lodge #1525 in Dunedin, FL. He also enjoyed golf, but most importantly, he loved his family.

Ron was predeceased by his son, Michael Donald Tremblay in 2018.

Ron is lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary Tremblay; his daughter, Lori Anne Huff of Sanford, ME; his sister, Barbara LaVallee of Raynham, MA; his brothers, Paul Tremblay of New Port Richey, FL and Roger Tremblay of Riverside, RI; his daughter-in-law, Dr. Christine Tremblay of Kennebunk; his grandchildren, Nicole Huff, Mathew Huff, Emma Tremblay, John Tremblay and Sarah Tremblay; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 4-7 pm at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street, Kennebunk, ME. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 am, Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Martha's Church, 30 Portland Road, Kennebunk, ME. Interment will follow in the spring at Hope Cemetery in Kennebunk.
