I spoke to Amy on Oct 8th... she never let on how severe her condition was... I received a text from her phone today with a link to this page... I'm devastated! She was my best friend since 2008. How could she not tell me?! I never got to say goodbye!

We always said we were born friends as our mothers were friends. I have many wonderful memories with Amy. Dancing to cooa cabana, making forts, rock concerts, and becoming mothers. Some years back for some silly reason we stopped talking until a weeks ago. I have missed her and I will miss her. I hope she knew that I loved her. Emily and the John's family are in my thoughts and prayers.
