Anthony Ide Elliott, 76 years, of Saco, ME died November 30, 2019 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.

Anthony was born June 5, 1943 in Wilmington, DE, the son of George and Jean (Ide) Elliott, Jr. He graduated from Lawrenceville Preparatory School in Lawrenceville, NJ and Babson College in Wellesley, MA where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology. Anthony proudly served his country in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. After returning from the war, he earned his living painting houses.

Anthony was very athletic and enjoyed golf, tennis, horseback riding and skiing. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed talking to people.

Anthony will be interred with military honors on December 18, 2019 at 12 noon at Arundel Cemetery alongside his parents.
