We have many wonderful memories of Jacob. Madison often pulls out her scrapbook and looks at a picture of she and jacob picking apples on a kindergarten field trip, but most of all I will awlays remember Jacob for his infectious smile. Even when you could tell he was having a tough day he still managed to have a smile on his face. We truly admired your spirit and will forever miss you.
